Recipe Genealogy Cards

Still working on recipe cards for Shower this Saturday. I made 5 more today. The recipes keep coming in from family :) Huge project but I love it. This is my 17th recipe box to date for family members :)

Making some cards. Bridal and Baby showers coming up so needed to get busy. The colors look a lot better in person. That ribbon is pink, not orange......

Aunt Lucille

Packing to go to my Aunt's funeral in Vidalia, GA tomorrow. Will drive to my sister's in Daytona Beach tonight then we will head out first thing in the morning. Aunt Lucille was married to my mom's twin brother "Sandy". Aunt Lucille was a very sweet woman who loved us all very much. She made the best Divinity candy. Here is her recipe card. We will miss you Aunt Lucille. Hug everyone for us and we will see you again!!

Recipe Boxes

I have been making family recipe/genealogy boxes for all the kids getting married in the family. The front of the card has the person's recipe and picture and the back of the card has their genealogy and how they are related to the person who owns the box. This is the one I made for my daughter for her birthday.
